WHY
According to a recent Pew Research study, at least 75% of the public consider themselves spiritual. The term spiritual is broad in meaning and usage. One isn't necessarily religious anymore. Yet with that much attention on being spiritual, these people are essentially looking for CONNECTION to the intangible being expressed by those around them.

That demographic is most certainly a part of your workforce.
